As expected, the weather here in Northern Illinois is cold and snowy. Over the weekend the high was 3 with wind chills near -20. Alex wanted to go out and play in the snow, we mainly walked around the house since it was so cold. Yesterday Ty stayed home sick from work, and it was a good day to stay home, it snowed ALL DAY. So this morning Ty lovingly shoveled the driveway. I bet there was close to a foot of snow on the driveway and the majority of it was from yesterday.

Yea for a new house! And I love the picture of Alex with her little ears. It reminds me of Thanksgiving when we all went to the outlets. So cute.

Burrrrr...We are getting snow every day but are warmer. There is about 8" in the yard. Can't wait to see more pictures of the house. We really had fun in Albuquerque, it was good to relax. Unfortunately I fell on the ice and hurt my knee again, something new this time tore the kneecap away from the tissue, everything else is stretched but ok. No surgey just back to the brace 24/7 for a while.
